Return and Exchange Policy

If a Return or Exchange is necessary, you must contact us at customerservice@glamourmom.co.uk to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Absolutely NO returns will be accepted without an RMA# clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange or refund* (excluding shipping and handling) on unworn, unwashed garments in the original packaging with full contents and attached tags and in resaleable as new condition which are received by us within 14 days of your date of receipt. We encourage you to try on the purchased item before removing tags and after showering (and before applying any makeup, lotion, deodorant, etc) and do not wash any item before trying it on as we cannot accept the return of any garment that cannot be resold as new. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER IF RECEIVED AFTER THE 14 DAY WINDOW AND/OR IF THE RMA NUMBER IS NOT CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON GLAMOURMOM OUTLET ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS AS THESE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
